PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI INTERNAL TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PADA SMK NEGERI 1 TEMBILAHAN KOTA

Abstract

The purpose of the researh is to determine the effect of internal communication on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Tembilahan City. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Tembilahan Kota. Data analysis using simple linear regression. From result of research obtained by simple linear regression equation that is Y = 7,003 + 0,821 X. Based on t test (partial), that is internal communication have t count equal to 13,815> t table that is 1,993. That mean is influence between internal communication variables on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Tembilahan City. The calculation result on simultant test is equal to 190,850> F table 3,97. This means that internal communication has an effect simultaneously or together and significant to the performance of teachers SMK Negeri 1 Tembilahan City. The result of determination coefficient test (R2) obtained by result of equal to 0,721 this mean 72,1% variable of internal communication influence to teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Tembilahan City. The remaining 27.9% is influenced by other variables.
