Abstract

 

           The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of the recruitment process on employee performance results at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Indragiri Hilir Regency. In this case, the independent variable is the recruitment process while the dependent variable is performance. Data presented in the form of qualitative data and quantitative data in the form of validity test and reliability test, simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing in the form of test coefficient of determination and partial test. Based on the results of the regression equation obtained: Y = 249.402 + 0.725X + e, where based on the coefficient value shows that the variable recruitment process (X) proved to influence the Employee Performance (Y). Calculations on the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained results of 0.734 or is 73.4%, while the remaining 26.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
