PENERAPAN KOMPENSASI UNTUK KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA LEASING ADIRA FINANCE TEMBILAHAN
Abstract
This research aims to examine the implementation of compensation and its impact on employee job satisfaction at Adira Finance Leasing in Tembilahan. The approach used in this study is quantitative, with the sampling technique being Saturated Sampling (Census Sampling), involving 34 employees as the sample. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, and data analysis was performed using SmartPLS version 4 software with a Likert Scale. Based on the hypothesis testing results, it is found that the t-statistic value of 9.679 is greater than the t-table value (1.96), and the P-value of 0.000 is less than alpha 0.05. This means that compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction at Adira Finance Leasing in Tembilahan. The company should consider better compensation policies to achieve this goal.
