Abstract

Social media is the media that is closest to the community and has beneficial advantages, by optimizing the use of social media as a marketing strategy by conducting campaigns to introduce the product or the company itself. A campaign using social media or better known as a digital campaign, is an online marketing activity that aims to increase brand awareness of a company or brand. This is used by the Aqil Study Room to create digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and on an ongoing basis to attract volunteers and donors through photos, posts and hashtags. To collect data, the researchers used qualitative research methods, with interviews and distributing questionnaires with the snowball sampling technique. After the data is collected, to test the validity using the triangulation method. The results showed that the digital campaign in the Aqil Study Room was able to build brand awareness and attract the general public to become volunteers or donors. this directly has an impact on the development of the Aqil Study Room itself. Volunteers help to produce libraries and programs, the more programs that are made, the wider it can reach the target of community empowerment, and the role of donors is here to facilitate the running of existing programs.
