Abstract

Compensation is all income in the form of money, goods, directly or indirectly received by employees in return for giving to the company. A work conflict is a process or result of an interaction where the first party feels that their interests are negatively opposed or influenced by the other party. Apart from involving two or more parties, conflicts can also occur against oneself. Expectations that are not in accordance with existing reality can create conflicts within oneself which is called interpersonal conflict. During the Covid-19 period, compensation and work conflicts greatly affected the performance of ASN Nurses at the Puri Husada Tembilahan Regional General Hospital. Covid-19 is a contagious disease caused by the corona virus that was recently discovered. So far the Corona virus is believed to have first appeared in China in November 2019. With adequate compensation and good work conflict management, it will also have a good effect on the performance of ASN Nurses at the Puri Husada Regional General Hospital, Tembilahan.
