PENTINGNYA MANAJEMEN WAKTU DALAM MENCAPAI EFEKTIVITAS BAGI MAHASISWA (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Unisi)

Abstract

        The purpose ofthe reseach to determine the importance of time management in achieving effectiveness for students in the case study of Management Studies Program Faculty of Economics, Indragiri Islamic University. In addition, it is also to find out how to do time management in order to achieve effectiveness for students. Data analysis uses simple linear regression equations. From the results of research on the importance of time management, a simple linear regression equation is obtained: Y = 14.079 + 1.090X. From the determination coefficient test results obtained by the value of R Square (R2) is 75% and the remaining 25% is influenced by other variables not examined.
