This program aims to enhance the understanding of digital entrepreneurship among the residents of Pulau Palas Village, Tembilahan Hulu District, through a simulation-based and direct implementation approach. The activities began with a simulation covering fundamental digital entrepreneurship concepts, marketing strategies, and the utilization of digital platforms such as marketplaces and social media. After the simulation, participants applied the acquired knowledge by developing products or services, creating marketplace accounts, and executing digital marketing strategies. Additionally, they were guided in basic financial management and periodic business evaluations. This program resulted in increased community awareness of digital business, empowered the local economy, and expanded market access through technology. With continuous evaluation and mentoring, participants are expected to develop sustainable digital businesses and contribute to the village’s economic growth.

Theft is a crime that takes someone else's property illegally and without the consent of the owner of the goods. theft cases, theft is an act of stealing carried out by someone by taking an item or something similar belonging to someone else in violation of the law. Testimony is an element in theft cases that have been explained in Article 362 of the Criminal Code. In this writing, the researcher uses a type of normative legal research supported by empirical data and this normative legal research uses law as a theoretical basis. In addition, the author uses an approach with a descriptive analysis method with research materials, namely primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis. The formulation of the problem in this study is (1) How is the implementation of law enforcement against perpetrators of criminal acts of theft of LPG gas cylinders in Tembilahan? (2) What are the causal factors that influence the rampant theft of LPG gas cylinders in Tembilahan. and the results of the research and discussion are (1) The implementation of law enforcement against perpetrators of criminal acts of theft of LPG gas cylinders in Tembilahan has been carried out well by the police, this can be seen in several cases that have been attached above starting from cases of theft with small losses to large losses have been handled well and the perpetrators have been handled by the authorities. (2) The factors that influence the rampant theft of LPG gas cylinders in Tembilahan are economic factors, lack of security systems, limited supervision, drug abuse and urgent needs as well as opportunities in adversity.

This study was conducted to see how the implementation of archival management in improving the administration of SMPN 3 Tembilahan Hulu. Practically, almost all educational institutions have implemented archival management, but in its implementation, each educational institution will be different and have its own provisions. The purpose of archival administration management in this educational institution is so that office work can be carried out properly, neatly in accordance with existing regulations in improving administration. The implementation of management in improving administration at SMPN 3 Tembilahan Hulu can be said to have not been implemented because there is still a lack of competent human resources in the field of archiving, inadequate facilities and infrastructure and unstructured archival procedures so that they have a negative impact on Administrative employees, the negative impacts are slow access to information, student data becomes unsafe, and takes a long time. The solutions that can be done to improve the implementation or implementation of management in improving administrative archiving at SMPN 3 Tembilahan Hulu are to provide training and education to archival staff, provide facilities and infrastructure by completing a comfortable and safe archival room, create clear archival procedure standards

Human rights and democracy are important topics in society and the state. Democracy is a system of government that involves the active participation of the people which is closely related to human rights, which includes equality of rights and obligations. This research focuses on the Islamic concept of human rights and democracy in Indonesia. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The type of research is normative research or commonly referred to as library research, which is collecting data or papers related to human rights and democracy in Indonesia in terms of Islamic law. The results of this study state that Islam has a firm and deep understanding of human rights and democracy derived from the teachings of the Qur'an and Sunnah. Islam affirms that every human being has fundamental rights that must be respected, such as the right to life, liberty, justice, and equal treatment. Democracy, on the other hand, provides freedom to the people while taking into account the rights of each individual. In Islam, the main principles related to this include: 1) The principle of justice ('adl); 2) The principle of rights (haqq); 3) The principle of freedom (hurriyah). The concepts of human rights and democracy in Islam encompass both worldly dimensions and transcendental values that emphasize human responsibility to God and others.
