MODEL RANTAI PASOK DAN NILAI TAMBAH MINYAK GORENG KELAPA SAWIT

Abstract

Kelapa sawit adalah tanaman yang tumbuh di daerah beriklim tropis dan menghasilkan minyak nabati yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Model rantai pasok dan nilai tambah pada CV. X berhubungan langsung dengan model rantai pasok dan nilai tambah yang diperoleh dari minyak goreng kelapa sawit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis mekanisme rantai pasok minyak goreng serta memperoleh nilai tambah dari CV X. Mendefinisikan dan menganalisis berbagai rantai pasokan menggunakan kerangka Vorst dan mengukur nilai tambah menggunakan metode hayami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anggota rantai pasok pemasok CV. Perusahaan X adalah perusahaan penghasil minyak kelapa sawit, distributor dan konsumen. Nilai tambah kelapa sawit besar sebesar 80,909% dan nilai tambah kelapa sawit besar sebesar 66,666%.

Oil palm is a plant that grows in tropical climates and produces vegetable oil with high economic value. The supply chain model and added value at CV. X is directly related to the supply chain model and added value obtained from palm cooking oil. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the mechanism of the cooking oil supply chain and obtain added value from CV X. Defining and analyzing various supply chains using the Vorst framework and measuring added value using the Hayami method. The results of the study indicate that members of the CV supplier supply chain. Company X is a palm oil producing company, distributor, and consumer. The added value of large palm oil is 80.909% and the added value of large palm oil is 66.666%.
