Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out that work facilities and compensation have an effect on job satisfaction of daily freelancers of the Public Housing and Settlement Areas of Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research was conducted at the Public Housing and Residential Area Service which is located at Jalan KihajarDewantara No.1 Tembilahan.
Types and sources of data in this study using quantitative and qualitative data. While the data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were daily freelancers in the field of gardening and lighting in the Public Housing and Settlement Service of Indragiri Hilir Regency, totaling 55 people. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling method (non-random sample), namely Saturated Sampling Technique, which is a sampling technique that makes all members of the population. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observations. To analyze the data, researchers used the SPSS program in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the work facilities and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of daily freelancers at the Public Housing and Settlement Services of Indragiri Hilir Regency.
