PENGARUH STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA DINAS KOMUNIKASI, INFORMATIKA PERSANDIAN DAN STATISTIK TEMBILAHAN
Human resources are only one of several resources owned by an organization, but Human Resources are the most decisive resources for other resources. This study refers to the effect of job Stress on Employee Performance. The object of this research is the Office of Communication, Informatics, Coding and Statistics in Tembilahan. This study uses the Simple Random Sampling method, the analytical tool used is the validity and reability test, the classic assumption, test and simple linier regression. Data obtained by giving questionnaires to 30 employees as respondents from all 55 employees in the Office of Communication, Informatics, Coding and Statistics. The sampling is based on the opinion of Bailey, namely a minimum sample of 30 people. Hypothesis testing results show that H0 (Hypothesis 0) is accepted and Ha (work hypothesis) is rejected which means there is a difference in Work Stress (X) on Employee Perfomance (Y). Work Stress (X) simultaneously (together) does not affect Employee Performance (Y).
